Liability Waiver for Pack Goat Hiking Trip

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Waiver and Release of Liability ("Waiver") is executed by the undersigned ("Participant") in favor of Colorado Capra Excursions, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers (collectively referred to as "Company").

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

Participant acknowledges and understands that participating in a pack goat hiking trip involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: rough terrain, exposure to weather changes, wildlife encounters, and the general risks associated with outdoor activities. The Participant understands that these risks could result in injury, illness, or possibly death.

2. Assumption of Risks

By signing this Waiver, Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the pack goat hiking trip, including those that may arise from the negligence of the Company, its employees, or other participants.

3. Release of Liability

Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Company for any loss, damage, or injury arising from their participation in the pack goat hiking trip, including any claims related to the negligence of the Company. This release extends to all claims, known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.

4. Medical Treatment

Participant grants permission for emergency medical treatment in the event of injury, accident, or illness during the trip. The Participant agrees to pay for any medical services rendered.

5. Governing Law

This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

6. Severability

If any provision of this Waiver is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

7. Entire Agreement

This Waiver constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
